Phone Line

Two products on one number. Missed-call text-back texts anyone the business doesn't pick up for, within seconds. The AI receptionist answers the phone, works out what the job is, takes a name and a number, and emails it to you before they've hung up.

One Twilio number per client. The same record runs both products — turn on whichever they're paying for.

In +15551234567 form. Saving it points the number at us automatically.

If a caller asks for a person, sounds angry, or the AI gets stuck, the call goes straight to that number.

Missed-call text-back — $149/moTexts anyone whose call isn't answered.

Leave it blank and we write a sensible one from the business name.

What it costs you

A local number is about $1.15 a month, calls and texts are cents. Selling the pair at $448 a month against maybe $15 of usage is the fattest margin in the whole stack — and the easiest to justify, because one recovered job pays for a year of it.

How to sell it

  • Ring their number at 6pm while you're on the call with them. If it goes to voicemail, you've made the argument for them.
  • Lead with the text-back, not the receptionist. It's cheaper, it's instant, and nobody is frightened of it.
  • Set the forward number to the owner's mobile. They need to know a real person is one sentence away.
  • Never say "AI" first. Say "it answers when you can't". They care about the missed job, not the technology.
