3. Add it to Vercel as STRIPE_CONNECT_CLIENT_ID, then redeploy.

How to ask for the money
Send the link on the call, not after. "I'll send it over" is where retainers go to die.
Start at one service. $79 for the site care gets the card on file. Everything after that is a conversation, not a sale.
Never discount to close. Drop a service instead — same price per line, smaller scope, and no precedent set.
Raise it in front of the portal. 40 enquiries and a profile score up 17 points is the moment to add the next line.
Worth knowing
Stripe takes its normal processing fee from each payment and pays the rest into your bank on your own schedule. We're not in the middle of it — if you ever leave, your clients, their cards and these subscriptions stay exactly where they are.
