## Email 1 — Day 0

**Subject:** Your site is live — and a quick note for what's next

---

Hey [first name],

Just confirming — [their site URL] is live. Tested everything: forms submit, phone numbers click-to-call on mobile, SSL is good, you're ranking in the top spot on Google for "[business name]" already (which is what we wanted).

Two quick things for you:

**1) Bookmark this email.** If anything ever breaks, weirdness happens, or you want a small change made, just reply to this thread and I'll fix it within 1 business day. Even if you don't go with my monthly maintenance plan, the site is yours and I want you to have a working version.

**2) About ongoing maintenance.** I mentioned a $300/mo plan on our call. No pressure to decide right now. Most clients use the site as-is for the first month, see how they like it, then we talk about whether they want the maintenance plan.

I'll check in around the 30-day mark with a quick performance report. If you have any questions in the meantime, just reply.

Congrats on the new site!

## Email 2 — Day 14

**Subject:** Quick performance check on your new site

---

Hey [first name],

Two weeks in. Wanted to send you a quick performance check.

Pulled some quick stats:
- **Visitors this week:** [X]
- **Mobile vs desktop split:** [X%] mobile (typical for your niche)
- **Top page they're landing on:** [page name]
- **Avg time on site:** [X] seconds

Anything you want changed yet? Easy stuff — text tweaks, swapping a photo, adding a new section — happy to knock it out in 15 minutes. Just reply with what you want.

Also if it's useful, the $300/mo maintenance plan I mentioned would cover this kind of small update every month, plus hosting + monitoring + a monthly performance report just like this one. I send these reports out on the 1st of each month to maintenance clients.

Either way — site is yours, just reply if anything needs adjusting.

## Email 3 — Day 30

**Subject:** Your 30-day site report + a question

---

Hey [first name],

Hit the 30-day mark on [their business] dot com. Here's how it performed:

- Visitors: [X]
- Inbound leads: [X]
- Phone calls from site: [X]
- New Google reviews: [X]

One observation — [insert one specific, actionable thing you noticed. Be very specific.]

That's the kind of thing I'd handle as part of monthly maintenance. Recap of what's included at $300/mo:

- Hosting + SSL + daily backups
- Uptime monitoring (you get an alert if the site ever goes down — within 2 minutes)
- 1 small update per month (text, photo, new section, etc.)
- This report, every 30 days
- Direct line to me whenever you need something

First month is prorated — you'd pay $300 today and we'd start the clock.

Want me to go ahead and set you up? Yes or no, totally fine either way.

## Email 4 — Day 45

**Subject:** What [recognizable similar client] did this month

---

Hey [first name],

Worked with another [their niche] client this month. They asked me to add a blog post about [some topical thing in your niche].

Took me about 45 minutes. They got 12 new leads from it the first week — turns out a lot of their existing customers were Googling that exact question.

Reason I'm telling you — this is the kind of thing the monthly maintenance plan unlocks. Most months it's small updates. But every few months something timely comes up and a 1-hour change drives real new business.

Want me to set you up on the $300/mo plan? Or if a one-off blog post on something topical in [their niche] would be useful, I can do that for $200 standalone.

Either way — no pressure, here when you need me.

## Email 5 — Day 60

**Subject:** Locking in your maintenance rate

---

Hey [first name],

Quick update — I'm raising my monthly maintenance plan from $300 to $400 starting next month (60-day notice to existing clients).

If you sign up before [date — 7 days from now], you lock in the $300 rate for as long as you stay on. If you sign up after, it'll be $400.

No pressure — site is yours either way. Just wanted to give you the heads-up so you're not surprised later if you decide you want it.

## Email 6 — Day 75

**Subject:** Closing your maintenance file

---

Hey [first name],

I'm going to close out my maintenance follow-ups for you — sounds like the site as-is is doing what you need, which is great.

Your site will keep running. Hosting is paid through [their domain's renewal date]. If anything ever breaks, just email me — even without the monthly plan I'll get back to you within 1-2 business days for one-off fixes (billed at $150/hr, 30-min minimum).

If you ever change your mind on the monthly plan, the door's open. Same $300 rate I quoted today.

Thanks for trusting me with the site build — was good working with you.
